

Most recently she has served as Director of the Paige Powell Archive, overseeing a major collaboration between Paige Powell and Gucci with exhibitions in Los Angeles, New York, London and Tokyo.

Dru Donovan earned her BFA from California College of the Arts and her MFA in Photography at Yale University.

Flood has been an arts professional for over 20 years, holding positions early in her career as Photo Editor of The New York Observer and Managing Editor of zingmagazine. The construction of scenes allows Donovan to locate and investigate the intersection between one reality that exists and another imagined. It is in the wilderness, where our instinct lives, where we connect to our animal nature. Self Circuits are naturally instinctive and exist in the wild. These are binary unions of biological systems, as opposed to cyborgian bodies.
